I had problems with my bose lifestyle home theater system. The player can't read even good DVDs. It appears to be a common problem with bose dvd players. A common solution for any DVD player is to try to clean the lens. I recorded how I did it and this is my first youtube video. I do not recommend this to anyone. It will need some technical knowledge and care with electrical/electronic handling.
